Return & Refund Policy

At Shoshay, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. We do not accept returns, but we are committed to addressing any issues you may have with your order.
 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at shoshayofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please include photos of the defective or damaged item in your email.
 

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at shoshayofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
 

Please note that the product must be unused and all tags and labels should be attached.
 

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and runs through a quality check within 24 hours. Thereafter on approval, the refund will reflect in your original payment mode within 20 business days.
 

If an order is cancelled after the product has been shipped from our warehouse, the refund will be then processed only after it reaches back to our warehouse and runs through the quality check. On approval, it will then follow the standard refund procedure as mentioned above.
